For parental (P) crosses, Mendel chose true-breeding plants that exhibited the two forms of
a characteristic. For example, he crossed a true-breeding tall plant and a true-breeding short
plant. In this investigation, assume that the parental crosses are also true-breeding plants.
Count the number of offspring exhibiting each trait in each generation and complete the data
table. Then answer the questions based on your observations.
